HEALTH

Yes, I sell health. We all should know that you cannot put unhealthy food in the body and get healthy results! Many people try to fool the system and believe they have because the results from eating improper food are usually delayed. I sell nutrient dense food that feeds the body, instead of toxifying or depriving it. You simply cannot get a healthy chicken or egg from a fowel that has never seen the sunshine, or fresh air!  You simply cannot get healthy beef from feedlot beef that has been fed chicken manure!

Health does not come from the doctor and pills; doctors and pills come after you are already unhealthy. It is slowly being revealed that a lot of pills are harmful anyway. Looking at a real life example, with traditional diets of grain fed beef and high sugar intake, most people develop high cholesterol. Their doctor puts them on a statin drug, which compromises their liver and starves their brain of much needed cholesterol. The better choice is to eat grass fed beef that does not elevate cholesterol and with that choose to lower sugar intake. I know it difficult to eat healthy today but getting to “ know the farmer that is raising your food” is a big step in the right direction.

There is something wrong when there is a difference between a health food store and a grocery store.

In this segment, I have not even mentioned environmental health. In Northwest Ohio big agriculture is the number one polluter of the Maumee river, but thats whole other  topic for another time.
